Todd Pennington

Equipment Superintendent

Todd serves as an equipment superintendent at Sukut Equipment. He is responsible for managing over 275 pieces of company-owned heavy equipment, 275 trucks, and hundreds of utility and support attachments for the equipment. Todd's key objectives are to focus on the company's core values, such as safety, employee development, and building a team-oriented model that supports all areas of field operations in a consistent, quality-focused manner.

Before becoming superintendent, Todd was a technician foreman at Sukut Equipment. Prior to beginning his career at the company, Todd joined Silverado Construction as an apprentice at the 241 Toll Road project in 1995. Then in 1998, he transferred from Silverado to the Sukut team. Working long hours and night shifts, Todd advanced from a fueler to an oiler and then to assisting technicians, later becoming a technician and then a technician foreman. As a technician foreman, he used his ability to lead teams and direct large fleets of equipment while ensuring that projects ran smoothly, significantly contributing to the company's success on many projects.

In his free time, Todd enjoys spending time with his family and building custom cars and motorcycles in his garage.
